Forest Hills Commercial Landscape Company
Serving Estate Properties, Community Associations, and Local Institutions
Forest Hills is one of Nashville's most exclusive addresses, a city of baronial estates set on wooded, one-acre-and-up lots along streets like Chickering Lane, Tyne Boulevard, and Otter Creek Road. Strict single-family zoning has kept the area free of retail and office development, but that doesn't mean the grounds are simple. Many properties border Percy Warner Park and Radnor Lake State Park, and gated enclaves like Otter Wood and Chickering Hills maintain private streets and entrances that need the same reliable oversight as any commercial campus.
An estate on two wooded acres doesn't need a smaller version of a commercial maintenance plan. It needs the same discipline, aimed at a different kind of property. We bring commercial-grade crews, equipment, and irrigation expertise to Forest Hills' private streets, community common areas, and the churches and schools nearby, building schedules that hold up through Middle Tennessee's humid summers and the ice events that come with a Nashville-area winter.
Contact us today to simplify your property management with reliable, professional landscaping services. Let us help you elevate every facility you manage while saving you time and effort.

Grounds Management Built for Forest Hills’ Estates
A newly built or recently renovated estate doesn't hold its finish on its own. Fresh sod, young plantings, and newly graded beds around a new build on Tyne Boulevard or a renovated property in Chickering Hills need a different maintenance rhythm in the first two seasons than an established estate does. At the same time, many of Forest Hills' older properties near Otter Creek Road and Granny White Pike are dealing with mature tree canopies, established drainage patterns, and irrigation systems that may be due for an audit. We treat both situations as what they are: different maintenance problems that call for different plans, not the same mow-and-blow schedule applied everywhere.
